Walking the Path From Ethiopia to Israel

November 14-17, 2022

“A journey to set Israeli Ethiopians up for sustained success, creating more equity in Israeli society”

The Morris and Rosalind Goodman Family Foundation (MRGFF) is leading an initiative

to provide resources to Israelis of Ethiopian descent that will encourage long-term success through education.

By providing the best higher education in Israel, we ensure that Israel’s fabric remains equal and strong in the future.

People from Europe, North America, and Israel embarked on a four-day journey

to Ethiopia from November 14th to November 17th, 2022.

The group traveled with Ethiopian Jewish educators to learn about the community’s rich history,

took a historic walk, and learned about the struggles the community faced

in the 1980s and 1990s to reach the Promised Land.
